Large Room for rent in Vista

About This Room

Private room for rent! Vista! Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in my current lease in Vista. Rent is $1,500/month, and the room is available in a quiet, comfortable home. ✨ About the room/home: • Large, spacious unfurnished bedroom • Shared bathroom • Private patio • Parking included • Large windows • Wood-burning fireplace • On-site laundry room with free-to-use machines • Gas, electricity, and laundry included in rent • Only additional utility is water • Quiet neighborhood • very close to downtown vista , breweries, meaderies and more ! 👤 Your roommate: You’d be living with Airrick, 26, who works and attends school. He’s easygoing, responsible, and often busy with work/school. He also has two very friendly cats who live in the home. The lease runs through next August, and you would be taking over my portion of the existing lease. If you’re interested or would like more details/photos, feel free to DM me! 😊
